NALEO Educational Fund supports candidates
in the Phase II Supplemental Application process
Congratulations from the NALEO Educational Fund! You have successfully
reached the next level in your journey to sit on one of the most important
public bodies in California.
NALEO is committed to helping Latino applicants complete the Redistricting
Commission application process successfully. In order to best support Latino
applicants the NALEO Educational Fund will offer the following services:
- Community workshops that will walk applicants through the
Supplemental Application and provide an opportunity to get
questions answered
- Real-time online support through live webinars so that applicants
can get the information they need from their own home or office
- A "virtual community' where applicants can access presentations,
information on the application process, and post inquiries and
comments on the public bulletin board
- Access to the Bureau of State Audit representatives at selected
workshops and webinars
- Continued technical assistance through our professional staff
